This is a NEW, UNUSED Toby - it simply does not come in a box but rather wrapped in tissue paper for protection. The same as the regular Toby, only not in a box.Limit 10 per order / address.
One of the older engines, Toby was rescued from the scrap yard to meet the requirements of a strict policeman. A cowcatcher and wheel covers were required. As Toby was given a second chance, he is always happy to work hard, although sometimes he can be a bit temperamental.
