There are several choices of Roaring Lion toy figures. This version from Schleich is worth serious consideration. It is smaller that some of the other options. This lion's tail is hanging down (as opposed to extended to the rear) so its length measurement is shorter. Lion is looking down as it roars so height is also reduced. Mane is two toned - light and dark brown. Paint and detailing on the face are well done. A solid choice from Schleich.
