This model of the mysterious Therizinosaurus, with its lumbering stature and massive three foot claws is by PNSO. While drab in color, overall a good model.

PNSO Qingge the Therizinosaurus measures: 7.2" L x 6" T.

PNSO Qingge the Therizinosaurus Review:

The arms and claws of this model are awesome. This figure has a detailed feathery down texture expected of the therizinosaurus. The body having a good sculp captures the look of heft you would expect of such a huge creature. The paint palette is dull in my opinion, but only detracts a little from the overall appearance. The articulated jaw opens and closes. An art poster is included with an informational booklet and clear plasic stand. Which will be required for this figure to stand, as it barely balances on its own. Without the stand any bump to the table will knock it over.

Therizinosaurus Information:

Therizinosaurus was a large, herbivorous dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period, approximately 70 to 75 million years ago. It is known for its unusual appearance, with long arms and large, curved claws.
The name "Therizinosaurus" means "scythe lizard," referring to the shape of its claws. The claws were up to 3 feet (1 meter) long and were probably used for reaching and pulling vegetation toward the dinosaur. The claws were also likely used for self-defense against predators.
Therizinosaurus had a relatively small head compared to its body, with a toothless beak for cropping vegetation. It was a large dinosaur, reaching lengths of up to 33 feet (10 meters) and weighing up to 5 tons.
The first fossils of Therizinosaurus were discovered in Mongolia in the 1940s, but it wasn't until the 1990s that more complete specimens were found. Today, Therizinosaurus is considered one of the most unusual and enigmatic dinosaurs, with many questions remaining about its biology and behavior.
