Rebor Triceratops “Trident” King Review:

This model captures the look of a dominant adult Triceratops, featuring thick armor, a well-defined frill, and sharply sculpted horns. The head and frill are especially well executed, with detailed contours, indentations, and realistic shaping.

The articulated jaw opens and closes, revealing a well-designed mouth. The body is nicely proportioned with strong paint application, giving the figure a lifelike appearance. The included display base is a helpful addition, though the model can stand on its own.

Overall, this is a standout Triceratops model with excellent detail and display presence.

Scientific reconstruction sculpture for display. NOT A TOY.

    Triceratops King

This figure is top notch, very solid, heavy. Larger than PNSO and Haolongood models. My only "issue" is at first glance, the dark eye sockets around the small eye's, appear to make it look two large holes, until closer look of the eye's.

    The Definitive Triceratops Figure!

Posted by Jack Blacketer on 25th Jun 2024

I have never bought a REBOR figure before & only bought it because I was close to the free shipping threshold. However, after getting it in-hand, I have to say it is my favorite item I ordered! REBOR has crafted, what I now consider to be, the definitive Triceratops figure! This thing is a good size & has a virtually perfect sculpt! I was worried that the horns would be breakable, but they have a rubbery texture to them (though still not recommended for putting too much stress on them). And best of all, he looks beautiful from either side! And his jaw is articulated, making it even harder to decide if he looks better with a closed mouth or an open one. *Note: There are two versions of this figure. This one, “Trident King”, is the version one with intact horns, while the “Horn Of Doom” variation has a broken, battle damaged horn. While both figures look equally awesome, I am glad I went with this version without the damaged horn. He is just a beautiful piece that belongs in any dinosaur fan’s collection! I would have lost my mind if I saw this gorgeous figure available when I was a kid. He looks like he should cost way more than he does. Anyway, I couldn’t be happier with this stunning figure!
