I am always ecstatic for new and unique additions to the toy lines. This little Valais blacknose sheep is downright adorable. The sculpting of the face and ears is quite nice. However, the paint job on the face isn't great. Flat black paint that was lazily applied leaving obvious droplets bordering the face and spattering the white coat. There is a gloss clear coating over the eyes to make them appear more real. As for the overall wool, this is a white base material with no additional paint or coating except for the black hooves and knees. I like the figure, it is different and cute. An exotic addition to any farm animal collection.
