The CollectA Borealopelta figure presents the unique features of this dinosaur, including its heavily armored body, covered in bony plates called osteoderms, which provided protection against predators. 

The CollectA Borealopelta measures approx in inches: 6 L x 1.5 W x 1.8 H.

Borealopelta is believed to have been a herbivorous dinosaur, using its sharp beak to strip vegetation from plants.

Borealopelta was a large dinosaur, measuring around 5.5 meters (18 feet) in length and weighing up to 1.3 metric tons (approximately 2,800 pounds). Its fossilized remains indicate that it was exceptionally well-preserved, with soft tissues such as skin and scales still visible.

Suitable for Ages 3 and Up.

    This model isn't as well-crafted as some of the other CollectA models of the same size, but it's still good. The painting isn't as precise - for example, the sclera of the eyes are the same color as the rest of the face instead of being white, and the body armor painting isn't as neat as it could be. However, it's not bad at all either. One thing that's really good are the textures on the different parts of the body. Attention was clearly also paid to the armor and spines. This model is a solid choice.

    Brilliant Borealopelta

    I got my CollectA Borealopelta figure yesterday along with the CollectA Blue Whale, and it is nice. And the amazing thing about this, is that Borealopelta is one of the few dinosaurs scientists were able to work out the skin color. As Borealopelta is found to be reddish brown in color.
