EoFauna Giganotosaurus Review:
The standout feature of this model is its length and streamlined shape. With a forward-leaning body, flat back, and extended head position, the figure conveys speed and agility.
The articulated jaw opens and closes with a good range of motion, revealing a bright red interior that contrasts nicely with the brown and tan body colors. The paint application is clean and natural overall.
The yellow eye and teeth appear slightly undersized, and while the figure can stand, its balance is somewhat delicate. Overall, this is an attractive and dynamic Giganotosaurus model from EoFauna.
Giganotosaurus Information:
Giganotosaurus is a genus of theropod dinosaur that lived in what is now Argentina during the early Cenomanian stage of the Late Cretaceous period, approximately 99 to 97 million years ago. A major fossil discovery in 1993 was nearly 70% complete, providing valuable insight into this massive predator.
The name Giganotosaurus means “giant southern lizard.” It is considered one of the largest theropod dinosaurs, though its exact size compared to Tyrannosaurus rex remains debated. It is often compared to a larger, more streamlined version of Allosaurus.
