The Mojo Octopus is not one of our preferred octopus figures. Its detailing is basic, particularly on the underside, the tentacles are quite underwhelming.

The Mojo Octopus #387275 measures: 5.5" L x 3.8" W x 1.5" T.

Mojo Octopus #387275 Review:

The Mojo Octopus is unfortunately one of our least favorite models among the octopus figurines. While it does have some basic detailing on the upper side, the tenticles on the underside of the model are quite lacking. The paint colors are also quite washed out, which doesn't do the figurine any favors.

What's more, the Mojo Octopus is generally one of the more expensive models out there, which is surprising given its lackluster quality. All things considered, we simply cannot recommend this model. There are better options available on the market, particularly in terms of detailing and coloration.

Octopus Information:

Octopuses are a captivating species that belong to the cephalopod family, which also includes squids and cuttlefish. With their remarkable camouflage abilities, unique physical appearance, and intelligence, octopuses are among the most fascinating creatures in the ocean. These creatures have eight tentacles with suction cups that they use to navigate the ocean floor and catch their prey.

Octopuses are highly intelligent creatures with large brains and complex nervous systems, exhibiting problem-solving skills, tool usage, and playful behavior.

One of the most remarkable features of octopuses is their ability to alter the color and texture of their skin to blend in with their surroundings. This is achieved through the use of specialized skin cells called chromatophores, which can rapidly change color and texture. This ability allows octopuses to disappear or mimic other animals, making them masters of disguise.

Octopuses also exhibit intriguing mating behaviors. After laying her eggs, the female octopus will guard them until they hatch, during which time she will not eat and will eventually die, sacrificing herself to protect her offspring.
