PNSO’s Stella the Stellasaurus is a beautifully executed model that captures the unique appearance of this transitional horned dinosaur with impressive precision. Stellasaurus Information:

Stellasaurus, meaning "star lizard," was a horned dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period approximately 75 million years ago in what is now Montana. It was formally described in 2020 and is considered a transitional centrosaurine species.

Its unusual horn and frill arrangement provides important evidence for how ceratopsian skull ornamentation evolved over time, particularly between species such as Styracosaurus and Einiosaurus.

    The main thing that stands out to me is the large curved horn which is lifted high by this Stellasaurus. The skin texture is spot on. Between the muscles and the distinct muscles showing is fantastic. A great Ceratops figure to add to my other horned dinosaurs.

    Stellar version of a unique ceratopsian

    I am a big fan of this model. PNSO's ceratopsians since they released Lokiceratops in 2024 are all excellent and fill gaps in my ceratopsian family tree. The prominent nose horn and little bumps above the eyes are striking, and the lively pose is fantastic too. The ceratopsian bodies can get samey but this is a good one.
