White lions are a rare color mutation of the African lion and are native to the Timbavati region of South Africa. They are not albino but instead exhibit a condition called leucism, which results in a reduced pigmentation of the fur, giving them their distinctive pale coloration.
Lionesses are the primary hunters in a pride, working together to stalk and ambush prey such as antelope, zebras, and wildebeests. They are highly skilled and efficient hunters, relying on teamwork and coordinated tactics to bring down large prey animals.
