Stegosaurus: A Jurassic Herbivore

Stegosaurus was a large, herbivorous dinosaur that lived during the Late Jurassic period, approximately 150 to 145 million years ago. These plates, which varied in size and shape, are believed to have served multiple purposes, including thermoregulation, defense, and display. The Stegosaurus also possessed a spiked tail, known as a "thagomizer," which it likely used to deter predators. Despite its large size, Stegosaurus had a relatively small brain.

    A very exquisite model of a popular species of dinosaur. The paint apps are phenomenal: complex yet so very natural looking. Another finely detailed model from Haolonggood that I proudly display.
