Mojo Velociraptor #381152 features a dynamic stalking pose and detailed hand-painted finish that brings one of the most famous prehistoric predators to life:
The Mojo Velociraptor measures: 9.06" L x 2.36" W x 3.23" H
The Mojo Velociraptor presents a dynamic interpretation of one of the most famous small predatory dinosaurs. The figure is posed in an alert stalking stance with its long tail extended for balance and its signature curved claw raised on the hind foot. The sculpt emphasizes lean musculature, a narrow predatory skull, and textured skin that gives the model a sense of motion and agility. The open mouth and exposed teeth further reinforce the impression of an active hunter.
Mojo's hand-painted finish uses layered earth tones and darker shading to define the contours of the body and tail without appearing overly stylized. Fine detailing around the claws, eyes, and facial features helps the figure stand out in prehistoric displays. The overall proportions and pose make it suitable for educational use, dinosaur dioramas, or general prehistoric collections aimed at both children and collectors.
Velociraptor was a small carnivorous dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period approximately 75 to 71 million years ago. Fossils have been found mainly in Mongolia and northern China. Unlike many popular movie depictions, real Velociraptors were relatively small, measuring around 6 to 7 feet long and standing about 2 feet tall at the hip. Their lightweight build and long stiff tails made them agile and fast-moving predators.
One of the most distinctive features of Velociraptor was the enlarged sickle-shaped claw on each hind foot, likely used to grasp or restrain prey. Fossil evidence has also confirmed that Velociraptors were feathered animals, linking them closely to modern birds. A famous fossil specimen known as the "Fighting Dinosaurs" preserves a Velociraptor locked in combat with a Protoceratops, offering rare direct evidence of dinosaur predator-prey interaction.
