Papo’s new Corythosaurus model features great attention to detail, dynamic pose, a signature crest, and lifelike texture, perfect for dino fans and collectors.
The Papo Corythosaurus measures: 7.6" L x 2.5" H.
The Papo Corythosaurus is an impressive figure that captures the distinctive appearance of this duck-billed dinosaur with excellent sculptural detail. Its tall helmet-like crest is the clear focal point, sharply defined and proportioned to give the model immediate visual appeal.
Fine skin texturing, muscular limbs, and a dynamic walking pose bring the figure to life, while Papo’s rich paint application enhances the earthy tones and naturalistic shading. The result is a realistic and display-worthy rendition of one of the most recognizable hadrosaurs.
Corythosaurus was a duck-billed herbivorous dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period approximately 77 to 75 million years ago in what is now North America. It is best known for the large hollow crest atop its skull, which scientists believe may have been used for vocalization, display, and species recognition.
Like many hadrosaurs, Corythosaurus could likely move on both two and four legs and probably lived in herds. Fossil discoveries have revealed extensive details about its anatomy, including skin impressions and well-preserved skeletons.
