Guizhouichthyosaurus was a large marine reptile that lived during the Late Triassic period approximately 230 million years ago. Fossils have been discovered in China.
This ichthyosaur could reach lengths of around 20 feet and possessed a long snout lined with sharp teeth for catching fish and other marine prey. Like other ichthyosaurs, it was fully aquatic and gave birth to live young in the water.
