Kiwi toy figures are hard to find. This is a good looking model. Good pose in a hunting / pecking stance. Best feature is the long, skinny beak. The beak alone measures over .75 inches long. Feather texture is well done and since the figure is mounted on a base - figure is very sturdy. Great looking Kiwi figure.

The kiwi has a highly developed sense of smell. It is the only bird in the world with external nostrils on the tip of its beak. The Kiwi Bird is flightless and native to New Zeland. Don't confuse the Kiwi Bird with the Kiwi Fruit - the fruit is quite delicious!
