Based on sales, this was the most popular Papo Prehistoric figure of 2021. Of course, the Megaceros had an unfair advantage in that it was first released in 2021 (The Papo Megaceros was originally scheduled to be released in 2020, but was delayed until early 2021). Figures are more popular in the year they are released. It has a second advantage in that the Papo Megaceros is currently the only Megaceros toy figure on the market. Lastly, Papo did a great job on this figure – thus increasing its sales. The Papo Megaceros would be a great addition to your Papo dinosaur collection.
#2 Papo Dinosaur 2021: Papo Stygimoloch #55084
Based on sales, this was the second most popular Papo dinosaur figure of 2021. Of course, the Stygimoloch had an unfair advantage in that it was first released in 2021 (The Papo Stygimoloch was originally scheduled to be released in 2020, but was delayed until early 2021). It has a second advantage in that the Papo Stygimoloch is currently the only Stygimoloch toy figure on the market. Lastly, Papo did a nice job on this figure (other than we feel it is too small). The Papo Stygimoloch would be a great addition to your Papo dinosaur collection.
#3 Papo Prehistoric Figure 2021: Papo Cave Bear #55066
The third most popular Papo Prehistoric figure in 2021 isn’t even a dinosaur! Based on sales, the Papo Cave Bear was the third most popular Papo prehistoric figure of 2021. The Papo Cave Bear is currently the only Cave Bear toy figure on the market so that may contribute to its popularity. Papo did a nice job on this Cave Bear model. The paint has a good dark base with a nice darker back. The Papo Cave Bear would be a great addition to your Papo prehistoric collection.
#4 Papo Prehistoric Figure 2021: Papo Smilodon #55022
The fourth most popular Papo Prehistoric figure in 2021 isn’t even a dinosaur! Based on sales, the Papo Smilodon was the fourth most popular Papo prehistoric figure of 2021. This is a remarkable ranking by the Papo Smilodon as there are so many other Smilodon figures available. The Papo Smilodon was also the best selling Smilodon overall in 2021. The best feature of this Smilodon is its low hunting stance. This overall is a good figure, but actually is not our favorite Smilodon.

#5 Papo Dinosaur Figure 2021: Papo Apatosaurus#55039
The fifth most popular Papo Prehistoric figure is the Papo Apatosaurus. There are not a lot of Apatosaurus figures on the market so that may help the Papo Apatosaurus popularity. The Papo Apatosaurus is overall a good model. We would like a little more variation in the paint scheme. We really like the curved tail and neck. The neck is thick and has a very good shape. Overall, the size and heft is impressive. The Papo Apatosauruswould be a great addition to your Papo prehistoric collection.
#6 Papo Dinosaur Figure 2021: Papo Chilesaurus #55082
The Papo Chilesaurus was the sixth most popular Papo Dinosaur figure in 2021. The Chilesaurus was released in late 2020 – that increased its popularity in 2021. Papo did a nice job on this Chilesaurus model. The paint job is very nice - a good mix of brown and green with darker highlights on both. We really like the two sets of little spines on the back - one set on the shoulders - one set on the top of the base of the tail. This figure does NOT have a moveable jaw. The Papo Chilesaurus would make a great addition to your Papo dinosaur collection.
#7 Papo Dinosaur Figure 2021: Papo Giganotosaurus #55083
The Papo Giganotosaurus was the eighth most popular Papo Dinosaur figure in 2021. The Giganotosaurus was released in late 2020 – that increased its popularity in 2021. Papo did a nice job on this Giganotosaurus model. This is the most unique Giganotosaurus on the market in that it stands very tall and that is has a very unique head. The paint and texture on this figure is also very well done. This figure has a moveable jaw. The Papo Giganotosaurus would make a great addition to your Papo dinosaur collection.
#8 Papo Prehistoric Figure 2021: Papo Prehistoric Man #39910
The Papo Prehistoric Man was the eighth most popular Papo Prehistoric figure in 2021. There are not a lot of prehistoric man figures available, so that fact may have increased the sales of the Papo Prehistoric Man. This is a good figure. We like that the Papo prehistoric man figure has both a spear and a club. He has very good muscle tone. Face has appropriate features for a prehistoric man. He has "scarring" on back and shoulders which is a nice additional detail. The Papo Prehistoric Man would make a great addition to your Papo dinosaur collection.
#9 Papo Dinosaur Figure 2021: Papo Pachycephalosaurus #55005
The Papo Pachycephalosaurus was the ninth most popular Papo Dinosaur figure in 2021. While there are other Pachycephalosaurus figures available from other suppliers, Papo has the only "baby" Pachycephalosaurus available. What really elevates that figure is the paint job - especially the blue accents on the tan body. That blue really makes the paint job "pop". Ironically, while Papo offers this baby version, they do not offer an adult Pachycephalosaurus. You will have to mix and match from suppliers to get a set.
#10 Papo Dinosaur Figure 2021: Papo Compsognathus #55072
The Papo Compsognathus was the tenth most popular Papo Dinosaur in 2021. The Papo Compsognathus is a very sleek looking model - it looks fast and ready to move. The best feature of the Papo Compsognathus is its moveable jaw. For its size, the jaw really open wide. The muted greenish base with the darker green accents is well done. The head is well formed with a really thin, pointed face. Overall we really like this figure. The Papo Compsognathus is one of the few Compsognathus figures available and would be a good choice to add to your Papo Dinosaur collection.
